At Venum Asia, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective equipment are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Venum Asia

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
